How come the thanks button is not available in all sections of the forum?

I was going in some other part of the forum & I wanted 2 use the thanks button for the people & its not there In the fart volcano its there but not sections like the jeans pics section or the brutal farts section either. What's up with that? At least someone appreciates what the person posted. Not everybody feels like typing thanks to the threadstarter. I don't always typing the same thing all the time, that's the positive about the thanks button.

It worked in Brutal forum, not in sexydenim, now It's enabled.
