They seem to mostly post about hentai/manga/other Japanese art on the subject, but I've seen a good deal of Western art posted there too and no one really seems to care. They don't mind stories, either, as they even have a whole board dedicated to stories.

This is outstanding, especially the scat parts, Good work bro, and I love your drawing technique. We need more western art and this is a great example of quality fart comics.
