furaffinity it allows everything, while its has alot of furry art it is cool with human art too.

As far as sites to upload this goes, I'd recommend nyou3. They're an imageboard for people into this sort of stuff. They seem to mostly post about hentai/manga/other Japanese art on the subject, but I've seen a good deal of Western art posted there too and no one really seems to care. They don't mind stories, either, as they even have a whole board dedicated to stories.
