He's trying to come to terms with his homosexuality. He's also known as fartingjake on youtube, and he likes to fart for guys to masturbate to. I think it's probably a complex where he has to vocalize his "need" for exceedingly "normal" ideals of socially attractive women, to "prove" to others, and to his own doubtful self, that he is straight.
