Active member Request

This is a formal request to be upgraded to active. I know I don't deserve a merit badge or anthing, but since october I have upped 34 never seen clips, and will continue to. I have applied on the application and everytime i check it, it just says "incomplete".....I don't know what that means is incomplete...if it means i have not done something enough, let me know.
