Is there someone who knows to create flash banners?

I tryed but it's not so easy as I thought, if you are beginner like me.

If somebody is interested to create flash banner for gassyerotica I would like that he post here or better, to give me some linked examples of his works.

Ofcourse, that would be for free but there will be some award for him.

Here is what I need:

I know flash very very well. I can do object oriented programming actionscript, I can have it parse xml, I can even create my own custom components. I don't have any examples because I keep anonymous here. what were you looking for?

wow, I am surprised.

I'm interested in header flash banners, a little bigger flash banners to hold whole header.

I need few picture transitions and ofcourse - gassyerotica logo inside the flash movie.
