I just stumbled across a few ads that have farting girls.
First off, there's an ad for Troegs beer. In it, a girl talks about how it's "all natural." Right at the end, she farts and says "What? It's natural."

Next, there's an ad for SimonTV (from what I understand it's a Swedish comedy show or channel). In it, a guy and his girlfriend are watching TV. The girl's hand casually drifts to her butt, she farts on it, and she puts her hand to the guy's face. He gets mad about it and around the end, they make up with a handshake. However, she straddles his arm and lets one rip right in his face.

There's also an ad for jbs men's underwear. Instead of having a man in the underwear, they used a girl wearing it, but doing typical "manly" things (such as burping loudly, scratching herself, etc.) Around the end, she farts and wafts the scent to her nose and a message comes up saying "Men don't want to look at naked men."

...And my personal favorite, a Bud Light ad. It is another gender role reversal by having girls do something manly. In it, a girl asks for her friend's lighter. After getting it, she lights her fart. At the end, she farts again, and this time smoke comes out of her butt.
