go to phazeddl.com type real player , download real player 11 or newer premium - full version with activator.

It will install flash download plugin for firefox 2 and for internet explorer.

Restart PC, open internet explorer type adress of flash video you want to download, and just mouseover the video and you'l see option: Download This Video.

What about DownThemAll? I was checking out the tools add-on section & it said that. Is it good as download helper?

go for download helper. if you are lucky enough to have not upgraded to firefox 3.0.2 you can get realplayer browser record plug in. its not compatable with current firefox, but on the past version, it was FANTASTIC... unfortunately i upgraded yesterday and found to my dismay i cant DL from youtube or netporn anymore... but download helper or fast video download seem to be pretty good.

another simple way without installing anything is just to go to the cache folder your browser and get the already downloaded and complete video there

I am not sure about DownThemAll. I have tried various plugins and some of them don't work on all sites.Downloadhelper worked on all the sites that i have tried.Like ras_sham said you could just get it from the cache but that is what downloadhelper does. It just makes it easier; you won't have to go through the trouble of looking for the file.You can just click one button and it puts it on your desktop.
