does it work even after you exceed your DL limit, I just exceeded it, and downloaded the plug in, it still doesn't work

This plug-in is legal - all she does is finds free slot/s from some country so you don't have to install their toolbar.

Nothing else.

When you exceed download limit, reset your modem or restart PC.

try with the torpark - web browser similiar like Mozilla with proxy options.
