So i've been trying for months to buy new clips on every major fetish site but everytime i press 'Buy' it says 'Transaction Declined'. Anyone know what may cause this? I've always been able to purchase clips before. Very strange and very frustrating.

You using a gift card? mine used to do that too. I usually assigned a zip code and waited some time before attempting the purchase again. Then it worked.
No regular bankcard (debit/credit card or whatever you americans call them) What is a gift card anyway?
