There's a webcomic called "Pawn" (www.pawn.se) that I recently stumbled across. A running gag throughout the series is that Aynah gets gas from the rations she eats.

Ha ha, cute. I love it when my girlfriend farts when she's sleeping.
Unfortunetly pawn has not updated in over a year.
I found another webcomic called "The Fart Party" (www.fartparty.org) It's basically a sort of autobiographical series by Julia Wertz where she's the main character and the events are all based on real occurrences in her life. She admits in a few comics that she's a fan of fart jokes (and even farts in a couple). A lot of it is actually pretty funny.

There's another one about stuff she does in the absence of roommates and she farts and laughs to herself while thinking "no one heard that." There's also one that's mostly text but has a small doodle of her farting in a corner. Then there's one and in it she's watching Iron Man in theaters and she mentions that she has to fart, but it'll be a loud one so she'll wait till a loud explosion to cover the sound (but the fart isn't shown). There's also a few comics with her taking a dump and at least one involving her peeing for those of you into that.
