Help with posting pictures/videos

I?d like any advice on the best way to post pictures and/or short videos/gifs on the forum because it seems uploading them from my PC isn?t an option, it keeps telling me I have exceeded the 10kb limit (that seems FAR too small for image uploads) and I?m not sure how to post them from my twitter because it either says invalid link, or the photo becomes HUUUUGE with no way to scale it down lol. Just wanting any advice people have on sharing photos/gifs and even short videos (I might wanna share some teaser videos) here, thanks!
