clips4sale order Problem?

Hi Guys



I have a problem I would like to order a couple of videos from "MandaBearSmash"-Store, but there is always this error message "Your order can not be completed without Contacting Customer Support at "a nummber" or [email protected] (err-aey)"::brooding


Anyone now what does that mean?
