That was the sound horn for the contest, letting the contestants and the crowd know the time had expired. That was not a fart. Also this was not an interview either. This was WWE's diva search compeitition.

Here's a youtube clip from a woman in wrestling who farted during an interview. Tammy Sytch, aka Sunny. You can't hear it, although the woman near her might've heard a squeak. The other woman kinda looks like Francine.
