Apparently there used to be an artist on some site. His username translated to English meant "Radio Wave Human." Anyway, his pictures are basically about a league of Japanese female wrestlers who fight by farting (apparently the red-headed girl, Lily, has the most powerful farts of all the girls.)

Unfortunately, I don't know a link or anything to the original source. On DeviantArt, the user Ickypoo drew a fan picture of Lily (found here). In the comments for that picture, someone found some of the of the original artist's work and hosted them on his photobucket. 1313Jr.1313, if you like this anime stuff there are a few different places where it comes up every now and then.
Since japanese culture is usually more open to really strange fetishes, no one really gets surprised or grossed out at the thought that some people are turned on by hot girls farting in anime/japanese communities.
hot damn... sometimes i feel i was born into the wrong culture, lol. now if only i spoke fluent japanese.
