how big are the files?

Pretty big. I have one custom video that is an hour long, another that is about 20 minutes, and then several clips that are anywhere from 2 to 12 minutes.

Rpidshare only allow u to up file under 200mb, more than that, u need to split them to up!
May be the case!
Look for the size of your files!
If that´s not the problem, well, tell us more about the problem, like if there was a message rapidshare gave to u when the uplouad got wrong or something like that!
