And it's Lori, the oldest sister, too- so you know it's good! Actually her farting is brought up multiple times later in the episode, though she doesn't fart anymore.
I'd say that at this point Lori's farting (and denying it) has become officially a running gag for the cartoon. Ah, I remember back when I watched the second episode where she farted for the fist time(s- it wasn't just one) and I prayed it would become part of her character. Turns out prayer can be heard, lol.
