I think its Putraa or some variation. The artist does not speak english. His/Her 1st language is spanish. Used to be on youtube, recently left. Draws, big butted girls on the toilet and other related stuff.

I'm not familiar with Putraa, and didn't find anything similar to it on a google search... however, what you describe is similar to an artist I'm very fond of named Namio Harukawa. I would be interested in findaing out more about whom you're speaking of though! Sounds groovy
