What? That's the most retarded thing I've ever heard. The only reason people get shot over it now is BECAUSE it is illegal- Crime is the only way to obtain or sell it. Therefore, it's a criminal market. People don't shoot each other over alcohol. They did when it was illegal. The illegalization of alcohol actually CREATED organized crime.
In these times of austerity, it makes me very sad indeed to think of all the taxation revenue that governments miss out on from illegal drugs.
I agree with you 100% even though i'm not a drug user. But it should only be marijuana, hearing about the good things it can do. Especially in the god4saken state i'm stuck in. But people here don't know how 2 vote most of the time. So were stuck in massive debt still. Some might say the government don't want weed legal cause of the lost jobs with the dea & others. I can tell your terrible at arguing, for one your example for a retort made no sense in comparison to legalized crime. Criminal acts exist because people have no common sense, or very low morals. Weed is just a gateway to the crime market so it goes hand in hand. If anything creates money easily and can be done by any idiot with fingers it will attract attention. According to your theory if they legalized murder people would just stop killing each other because it's legal. Is that right? People don't shoot each other just because they have something illegal, they shoot each other because they want what that other person has, money. By eliminating the competition their profit increases. Either way people are going to kill each other to increase their sales, even if you can buy it at stores.

Not where im from, people get shot around here for anything. Wearing a stupid shirt? You could be a target. Someone wants to prove how hard they are? You could be a target. Crime is a means of making money depending on your location, such as certain parts around here people actually pay to have people beat up and or killed. Shit happens all the time, it's sad but it still happens regardless. Some guy got shot like 3 weeks ago because he lost his job to some guy. What was the point? You tell me, because I see it was senseless murder, and it always seems to have the seem financial backing and it's generally marijuana. I personally don't have to deal with this stuff (Thank god) but my cousin tells me about this kind of stuff all the time, his best friend almost got killed because he was mistaken for someone else.
