Audio Enhancer?

Does anybody know of an app or something that enhances audio? I?ve come across some vids lately where the farts are barely audible and just need a little bit of enhancing

I sometimes use blender to edit clips for myself when the laugh afterwards is very loud or to mute/quiet a guy's voice for example. You can cut up the audio and boost or quiet the different sections.

However, this only works for downloaded clips, so probably not the quick app fix you're looking for.

As a quick fix maybe you could try a general volume booster extension on chrome browser.

Learning how a Parametic EQ and understanding frequency bands helps a lot. I use VLC media's EQ to boost bass frequencies.
