Here is an article on it:

Here is where you sign up:

FileDropper.com was created as a fresh alternative to sites like MegaUpload and RapidShare. Unlike those sites, we do not reel the user in and make them wait for annoying countdown timers. We do not hide the download link with aggressively placed ads.

Sign up now. I don't even think they verify your email address, so you can put in a BS email address for an account. Free accounts end on May 15th. I know RS got a whole lot more annoying with the "cats" so please think about checking this host out.

it's very slow, I can't open. They will soon decrease those 250 gb, it's too much LOL. ::funny

i'll try it out, it seems to be slow to start, but from what i've seen so far it's very reliable. when creating an account though, how do you do it? it keeps asking for a credit card for the free trial (probably not completely free after a week).

I think the offer got much more viral than they had hoped for ::funny

When I posted this, the sign up link went to a registration that got you the same account paid subscribers got, 250 GB and all. It lasts for 30 years, so they say. They ended that early and now what you see is just a 7 day trial.

I think this site will become popular since a lot of other file sharing sites have gotten so bad. RS for example now has that "What are the four letters with cats?" thing in their CAPCHA system, and all the others make it really hard to find the link and make you wait.

As for them shortening the 250 GB limit, I don't think they will. This site is reminding me a lot of Gmail when it first came out and became the most popular site of its kind simply for working well, being simple, and having large storage space.
