Also marijuana is NOT a drug its medication don't let anyone tell u different
That has to be the dumbest statement of the day. You do realize medication is a drug? Thats why you get MEDICATION at DRUG STORES. Your giving pot heads a bad name good sir. I personally don't condone the abuse of drugs (i.e. weed) I mainly don't condone weed because of the environmental impact it has. People turned it into a profit market, thats fine with me. But it has guns, sex, money, rape etc. tied in with it now. Went from something good (probably 50 years ago) to something negative. It doesn't do anything wrong to the person, thats not what im getting at. It just turns certain people into, well, "Criminals" because of the lust for money from selling it. Thats my take on it.

To be honest, legalizing it wouldn't do much be legalize crime. People are still going to kill each other for it, and the money. So legal or illegal the problem is still going to exist, people just won't have to hide it.

P.S. How did we get to shrooms? This thread is taking a strange turn...

I agree, being really stoned and watching a new fart video from a woman that you really enjoy is the best! Weed enhances your senses so you're actually 10x more turned on than you normally would. The sounds of the farts become astounding to your ears and you have an exhilarated orgasm. This is all fun at times, however, continued use of this type of regimen is NOT good for you because it puts you in a state of getting used to pleasuring yourself which will hinder your abilities when a real woman comes into your life. Nothing is better than having a real woman farting for you in your favorite scenario while you get "high" off sniffing the farts. Remember videos are just audio/visual, the "scent" is the best part, and you can't get that from a video. Plus, chronic masturbation will limit your natural masculine urge to go out there and attract females. Enjoy this if you don't have a woman, but don't let it become an addiction because nothing beats experiencing a real fart from a real woman. These guys who cum 4 to 5 times a day on fart pornos must be teenagers or in their early 20's. You will burn out from chronic masturbation. The less you orgasm the better the orgasms become. The more you orgasm, the harder it will be to obtain that pinnacle.

Being driven around in a Maybach.

Yes, thas a very beautiful car, but too "rich man who sits in the backseat and smoke his cigar while sipping on his 45 year old scotch" type of car.
I would say either ferrari, any type actually, or the bugatti veyron (oh my), or the mercedes gullwing.

What? That's the most retarded thing I've ever heard. The only reason people get shot over it now is BECAUSE it is illegal- Crime is the only way to obtain or sell it. Therefore, it's a criminal market. People don't shoot each other over alcohol. They did when it was illegal. The illegalization of alcohol actually CREATED organized crime.

In these times of austerity, it makes me very sad indeed to think of all the taxation revenue that governments miss out on from illegal drugs.

I agree with you 100% even though i'm not a drug user. But it should only be marijuana, hearing about the good things it can do. Especially in the god4saken state i'm stuck in. But people here don't know how 2 vote most of the time :[. So were stuck in massive debt still. Some might say the government don't want weed legal cause of the lost jobs with the dea & others. There are still other illegal drugs that are worse that should not enter the U.S. Cocaine, heroin, possilby meth also. Don't know where it came from, I do know it can make someone a blotchface ::fie

I can tell your terrible at arguing, for one your example for a retort made no sense in comparison to legalized crime. Criminal acts exist because people have no common sense, or very low morals. Weed is just a gateway to the crime market so it goes hand in hand. If anything creates money easily and can be done by any idiot with fingers it will attract attention. According to your theory if they legalized murder people would just stop killing each other because it's legal. Is that right? People don't shoot each other just because they have something illegal, they shoot each other because they want what that other person has, money. By eliminating the competition their profit increases. Either way people are going to kill each other to increase their sales, even if you can buy it at stores.

No, because murder is not a commodity. You are terrible at logic. Also, the point isn't the danger of the crime of marijuana, it's the theft, murder, gang violence and arms dealing that surrounds it. These things happen ONLY BECAUSE marijuana is illegal.

So wait, people are shooting each other over office positions and retail careers? All the time? Farmers are going around poppin' caps to keep their potato crop the best? You really need to think this through all the way.

Not where im from, people get shot around here for anything. Wearing a stupid shirt? You could be a target. Someone wants to prove how hard they are? You could be a target. Crime is a means of making money depending on your location, such as certain parts around here people actually pay to have people beat up and or killed. Shit happens all the time, it's sad but it still happens regardless. Some guy got shot like 3 weeks ago because he lost his job to some guy. What was the point? You tell me, because I see it was senseless murder, and it always seems to have the seem financial backing and it's generally marijuana. I personally don't have to deal with this stuff (Thank god) but my cousin tells me about this kind of stuff all the time, his best friend almost got killed because he was mistaken for someone else.

Where are you from, North Korea? So if crime happens just because of money, then marijuana is irrelevant, since crime will ALWAYS continue as long as there is money to be made from any source. Therefore, legalizing marijuana will have no effect at all since the problem is the money. This is assuming you're not just spraying shit out of your mouth, of course, and I take your claim of "I know a guy who knows a guy who says there are a lot of murders!" seriously.

I don't know a guy who knows a guy... I hang out with my cousin who sees this stuff happen on a weekly, sometimes daily basis (I live just outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania but I lived in South Philly for about 10 years one of the worse parts of Philly, that was the main reason my parents relocated to outside of philly). Sure it might not change much if you legalize it, but you can never really say unless you actually go about and do it. Either way, people are going to try and down vote it because it has negative effects on their neighbor hoods. And people will always argue "Theres nothing wrong with weed, it doesn't kill anyone." Sure it doesn't directly kill anyone, but indirectly it does. Legalizing it wouldn't have a sudden change of murders dropping by like 60% in a week. Maybe in like 10-15 years it'll drop by 20%. My point (which seems kind of lost because I type most of this stuff when im half asleep) drugs and crime seem to come in pairs, but maybe your right, maybe legalizing it would remove one of these sets from the pair. All and all these are just theories until proven.

Thing is, though, it's not a theory. It's simple logic. Nobody gets shot over cigarettes or alcohol. Why would you shoot someone over marijuana if you could just buy it at the 7-11 down the street?

If you can not prove something will happen with solid examples i.e. statistic's, facts, etc. Then it is a theory until proven other wise. Logic? Where does logic come from? Theorizing... Facts don't just fall from the sky. People get shot over anything like 1313jr said. So long as an idiot has access to a gun he'll do well, dumb things with it. I have a bias opinion on this matter because of what I've seen so I don't really see any good coming from this. You can argue that marijuana isn't killing people for the rest of your life, but I know what I've seen and I know what I've heard. You can't tell me that people don't get shot over marijuana when about 3 years ago the governor was trying to get a law passed that made it a mandatory 15 years for just the possession of marijuana. Not even selling, just having it on you. It didn't pass though. Shit was pretty bad a few years ago, slowly improving.

No shit. BECAUSE IT IS ILLEGAL. How can you not see this when you yourself are saying it?

It was going to be made harder to get. Criminals started shooting each other over it MORE. How is that NOT evidence that the illegalization is the problem?

you want facts? in 2010 in the US, about 6x as many people were injured due alcohol compared to marijuana. if more people have access to marijuana, those numbers will get closer... think about it. is that what you want?

Money isn't illegal yet people cheat, steal, trick, bribe, and kill to get more of it. So you can't say that just because something is illegal is the reason people perform illegal acts for it.

Yes, so then the problem isn't the illegal thing, it's the money around it. The fact that it is illegal makes it an exclusively criminal thing. There are not cigarette smuggling rings or gangs based around lettuce crops or soda mobs. If you make marijuana readily available, it will not be smuggled by criminals any more than napkins. Legalizing marijuana would mean there was just one less thing that was illegal that they have to sell. It would really be quite a blow to organized crime, since they would have to rely more on the less common harder drugs.

People aren't crazy for crops, people like soda but they won't kill for it because soda has no redeeming qualities. Marijuna is a must for some people, some people say they can't function without it etc etc. So you can't compare it to something simple as that, if you could compare it to something like legalization of fire arms then I could understand you point of view.
